Vancouver, July 4, 2002--- Pursuant to News Release dated June 13, 2002, Dundee Securities Corporation and DRC Resources Corporation have mutually agreed to extend the closing dated for the best efforts equity financing of up to $4,500,000 for Afton Copper-Gold Project to July 18, 2002. No finders' fee will be payable.
